TICK is an open-source metronome designed to run on almost any platform (and audio host).
With sample-accurate audio and unique features it's aimed for professional musicians (but can serve pretty much anyone :) )

Works great and is customizable, has save feature, no ads.
To developer: would it be possible to have an option to save the beat to wave file? That way I could upload it to my apple watch.

The exported .tickpreset file is just a zip! You can rename it to "something.zip", unzip and the sample will be there as a plain WAVE file.
